1. This Promotion in respect of the “Ultimate Package” is administered and entered into by RHF Productions Limited a company registered in Jersey (registered number 77483) whose registered office is at First Floor, Orviss House, Queen Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 4WD (“Promoter”).
2. You agree and acknowledge that at all times these Promotion Rules shall be read in conjunction with and form part of our General Ultimate Package Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here:

By taking up the offer of the Promotion you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Promotion Rules, General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is a conflict between these Promotion Rules and the General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Promotion Rules shall prevail.
4. All definitions contained within the General Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning when used in these Promotion Rules unless otherwise stated.
5. The Promotion is only open to subscribers who are:
a. BSkyB subscribers;
b. residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; and
c. 18 years of age or older,
(“Participant”).
6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not open to employees (or their families) of RHF Productions Limited, its agencies or any other company or person commercially connected with the Promotion.
7. This promotion (“Promotion”) offers to Participants an annual subscription to the “Ultimate Package” on a monthly payment basis in accordance with these Promotion rules and subject to the General Terms and Conditions at a discounted price for the first month of the annual subscription, namely:
a. the first calendar month of the annual subscription at only £4.99 (the current normal price is £15.99 per month);
b. £15.99 per month thereafter subject to change in accordance with Condition 2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions as that sub-clause is amended by clause 16(a) herein.
8. A one-off starter pack fee of £12 applies to new subscribers.
9. Prices include VAT and are expressed in pounds sterling.
10. This Promotion is only open to Participants who subscribe via the special discount line 0871 271 0870 (for the avoidance of doubt the Promotion does not apply to subscriptions made via our website or any other means). Calls cost 10p per minute from BT Landline. Charges from other networks and mobile phones may vary. Calls recorded for Phonepayplus purposes. Adult Service. Over 18’s only.
11. The offer to take up the Promotion expires on 8 January 2010.
12. This Promotion is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
13. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
14. The Promotion is provided and run in our sole discretion and we reserve the right at any time to terminate or modify or extend the Promotion and modify the rules immediately upon notice. In the event of a dispute our decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. We will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. We will not be liable to perform any obligations under the Promotion where we are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
16. The General Terms and Conditions are amended in the following way:
a. For the purposes of Condition 2.2 in the case of monthly Subscribers only:
i. the monthly subscription payment price will not be increased for the month of the annual subscription that is subject to the Promotion;
ii. after the initial month, the monthly subscription payment will revert to the standard monthly subscription payment price in force at that time and such reversion to the standard monthly subscription payment price shall not be considered the one off increase we are entitled to make in the first 12 month period of your subscription pursuant to Condition 2.2;
b. Condition 11 does not apply to this Promotion;
c. For the purposes of Condition 12.1, there is no minimum subscription period and you may cancel your annual subscription in accordance with Condition 12 within the first 12 month subscription period.
17. This Promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
