The Promotion is open to Adult Sport readers who are BSkyB subscribers and residents of the UK and Northern Ireland and are 18 years of age or older only (“Participant”).  The Promotion is not open to employees (or their families) of Portland Enterprises (CI) Limited, its agencies or any other company or person commercially connected with the Promotion.
  3. This promotion (“Promotion”) offers to Participants who subscribe to an annual subscription of the Television X “Premier Package” on a monthly payment basis in accordance with these Promotion rules, the first monthly payment for £4.99.   4. For the purposes of these Promotion rules, “Night” shall mean the period 8pm to 5.30am GMT for the day of the week the time period starts i.e. Saturday Night is the period Saturday 8pm to Sunday 5.30am GMT.
  5. This Promotion is only open to Participants who:
    1. call the special discount line 0870 0500 873 (for the avoidance of doubt the Promotion is not open to registrations via our website or red interactive button on your set top box remote control); and
    2. Between the hours of 8pm and 5.30am GMT;
    3. This Promotion is subject to availability, is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
    4. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
    5.     6. Participants who have not previously registered for the Television X Channels will, at the time the Participant takes up the offer of the Promotion, first register with the Promoter, such registration is subject to a one-off non-refundable fee.

    8. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to terminate or modify the Promotion and modify these Promotion rules immediately upon notice.
    9. This Promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
